Product Empties: Face, Hair, & Body

Hello wonderful people! I hope your day is happy & productive. I know I've been working my butt off as of late. Today's post is one I've been putting off for quite a long time & I'm not entirely sure why; I'm here to talk about some product empties. This is my first empties post but hopefully not my last. Let's do it to it!

face and body products

This empties is mainly about face & body products. No make up this round. Overall nothing was bad. I don't have many negative things to say but some of them were not holy grail products. I'd rather go around trying different items than purchasing some of these again. I'll get a little bit more detailed for you. :]

face and body products

From left to right:

Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture Broad Spectrum SPF 35 - I'm all about sporting SPF. After all, we've got to protect our beautiful skin from the harsh rays of the sun. But I'm not sure if this is the ideal sunscreen for me. I'm going to keep experimenting.

Neutrogena Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Facial Wash - The scent of this pink grapefruit facial wash is absolutely heavenly. My cousin brought this from France & left it with me. If you look closely you can see the packaging is in French. This Neutrogena facial wash is refreshing & works well.

Aroma Naturals Fresh Citrus Blossom Castile Soap* - This soap was fresh & rejuvenating. I really enjoyed it. You can use it as a hand soap but I used in the shower as a body wash. Check out my review of more Aroma Naturals products. I love this soap & would recommend trying out some of their other scents as well.

Crystal Rock Deodorant Body Spray Onyx Storm* - I would absolutely purchase this deodorant body spray. It's gentle, cruelty-free, & smells delightful. It works well & even my boyfriend loved it. You can read my review of more Crystal Deodorant products here.

Home Health Oliva, Olive & Aloe Conditioner - This conditioner is one of those products that I didn't like at first, but I grew to love it. It's mild. The scent is soothing. It contains no artificial colors. It works well.

Clean & Clear Deep Action Exfoliating Scrub, Oil-Free - The packaging says the scrub gently exfoliates & it does. It does what it says it's going to do, but it's not so magical of a product that I would purchase it again. I'm likely to try out a natural exfoliating product next time.

Nourish Organic Pure Hydrating Organic Argan Face Serum* - Both my boyfriend & I enjoy using this face serum. It's hydrating & doesn't leave my oily skin feeling like a grease ball. It's small but powerful. You don't need much product.

face and body products

That's a wrap for my product empties! I didn't have any negative experiences; everything worked well & did what it was supposed to. But that's not enough for me. I'm looking to buy more natural, cruelty-free items. Some of these empties I'll phase out in exchange for something that matches my needs. Have you ever tried any of these products? Anything sound promising? :]

  5. I tried a couple of products from Neutrogena when I was younger and I really liked them. I think in the US you can also buy makeup from them and that`s something I always wanted to try.

  6. I love empties posts! Tried that Neutrogena face wash before - I loved the scent but I think it ended up being a little to harsh on my skin. =( Thank you for the suggestions though, I'm going to try some of these out =) <3

  9. Great post! I purchased that Neutrogena SPF moisturizer, but had to stop using it because it irritated my eyes so much!

If you're looking for a great budget friendly "natural" face scrub, try Neutrogena Naturals purifying scrub. I've been using it for a couple months and love it!

  18. Skincare is probably one of my favourite empties to read as it's probably one of those most important parts of our routines! It's always great to see what people love so much they reach the bottom of the product! And I haven't tired a single one of the products you mentioned. This calls for shopping!

  23. I think sometimes when products are ok but they don't wow me I am more disappointed than when there is something obviously wrong with you! If you like more natural cruelty-free products, maybe give the brand Weleda a try. They do a lovely almond cream cleanser and I love all their body products as well. Their wild rose range smells incredible!

    1. I totally understand what you mean, Inma. If it's mediocre it's kind of more of a disappointment. Probably because you bought it & it didn't do you anything. :]

  33. Thanks for sharing your empties with us and giving us a review! When it comes to skin and hair care, I tend to go for the high-end products since I'm skeptical about drugstore products, but I definitely want to try a few of the products that you have listed.
