Trying the Tiramisu Cold Brew from Troubadour Tavern at Disneyland
What is the Tiramisu Cold Brew?
On the menu for $7.29, the Tiramisu Cold Brew starts with a base of dark chocolate cold brew. As a fair warning, this isn't a sugary drink. If you don't like the earthiness of cocoa powder, this isn't for you either. I've seen some discourse on TikTok about how it is bitter and that bitterness comes from the cocoa powder. I find that it's evened out by the luscious richness of the foam.
It's not too sweet, not too bitter. It’s topped with a light, fluffy tiramisu-style foam that brings in those rich dessert vibes without being heavy. Oh, and there’s a little ladyfinger cookie resting on top. It’s adorable, crunchy, and yes, totally dunkable.
How does the Tiramisu Cold Brew taste?
This drink hits the spot. The cold brew itself has a rich, slightly chocolatey depth, and the topper adds a soft, mascarpone-like creaminess with a hefty amount of cocoa. Make sure to swirl it in for a smooth, blended drink. This is an important step to enjoying it! It’s refreshing and way more exciting than your usual iced coffee or other popular beverages like the Cold Brew Black Caf from Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.
What makes it special?
It’s the kind of treat that feels extra without being over-the-top. The ladyfinger cookie gives it a playful, dessert-like touch, and the tiramisu topper adds just enough decadence to make this feel like a coffee shop dessert, but in Disneyland style, of course. It’s also super photogenic if you're into that sort of thing.

Where to find the Tiramisu Cold Brew?
You can grab the Tiramisu Cold Brew at Troubadour Tavern, which is located right by the Fantasyland Theatre. It’s a quieter corner of the park that’s easy to overlook, but now you’ve got a reason to swing by. Here’s the official Disney page.

Final Thoughts: Is it worth it?
I mean, it's a coffee that costs over $7, so once you get over the initial sticker shock, I think it's worth it. A lot of drinks are pricy these days, whether you get them at Starbucks or your local coffee shop. If you're craving a cold, caffeinated pick-me-up with a little flair, this one’s a solid choice.
It’s great for coffee fans, sweet tooths, or anyone who wants something different from the usual themed drinks. It’s not super sugary, and the creamy topping makes it feel like a treat and a drink. I’d totally get it again, especially on a hot day when you need that boost before your next ride.

Hours may vary, so look online or call your local warehouse to find out the hours. Costco also has different weekend hours and closes early. Keep that in mind if you happen to want to make a Sunday pitstop at 8 PM.

Costco Food Court Menu
Costco's food court has a few options, allowing members to grab a quick bite to eat. You can order at the self-serve kiosk or in person. It doesn't really matter. The simplicity of the menu is a big part of its allure because you don't have to pick from hundreds of menu items. No frills, no muss, no fuss—just a handful of reliable items that most are familiar with. And while the food court is beloved in the U.S., international Costco locations put their own spin on things. In South Korea, you’ll find bulgogi bakes. Heading north to Canada? There's poutine, of course.
Costco’s food court menu items remains one of the best deals around. And it’s not just about the iconic $1.50 hot dog combo anymore, although it's a staple choice. While the classics are still going strong, the menu has expanded to include heartier options like the rotisserie chicken Caesar salad, a toasted turkey and provolone sandwich, and even a surprisingly satisfying chicken bake.
Got a sweet tooth you want to curb? Grab a double chocolate chunk cookie or swirl up a Cold Brew Mocha Freeze. And for under $10, you can still feed the whole family a Costco pizza—plus get a 20-ounce soda with free refills for just 79 cents. Whether you're team pepperoni pizza or in the mood for a strawberry smoothie, Costco's food court menu delivers major value and flavor without the markup.

Dutch Bros Golden Eagle Iced Coffee
If you're seeking coffee with friendly service, then you may want to head to Dutch Bros. The drive-thru coffee brand is known for its friendly "broistas" who chat with you as if they actually enjoy it (and perhaps they do).
Dutch Bros Golden Eagle Iced or Hot Coffee
There are plenty of coffee drinks to pick from on the Dutch Bros menu, one of which is called the Golden Eagle. Dutch Bros has a range of signature drinks that you can find on the Dutch Faves portion of the menu, including others like the Kicker, Annihilator, Caramelizer, Cocomo, Double Torture, and 911.
But you're to learn about the Dutch Bros Golden Eagle drink.
What's in the Dutch Bros Golden Eagle?
The beverage has espresso, caramel and vanilla breve, and a caramel drizzle. You can get it iced or hot.

What's a Breve?
Can I get a Sugar-Free Golden Eagle Dutch Bros?
Why, yes, you can. Dutch Bros offers a range of sugar-free options if you want to limit your sugar intake. This drink has espresso, sugar-free vanilla syrup, and sugar-free caramel sauce. There is a bit of an aftertaste that you may associate with sugar-free drinks, but there's a lot of flavors going on, so that works to the drink's advantage.
If you like caramel drinks, then this is a top pick for you. It's definitely a sweet coffee drink, but you could always ask for light/less sauce or even upgrade to get another shot.
Have you tried the Dutch Bros Golden Eagle iced coffee, or do you like to get it hot?
Harbour Galley Disneyland Chocolate Chip Cookies
I had seen several videos on TikTok about the chocolate chip cookies from Harbour Galley at Disneyland. So, when I visited with my family, and the choice was between a churro and the cookies, we opted for the cookies -- simply because we’ve had the churro and wanted to try something new.
Are the cookies even good?
If you like a freshly baked cookie, this will certainly be right up your alley. It’s hard to go wrong with a tasty cookie, so as a food writer and home cook, I can safely say these are pretty good cookies. Obviously, if you find yourself a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur, you might have some different thoughts.
These are small cookies served in a paper bag/tray type of thing. They are served warm, which makes you feel like you baked them yourself, and they came right out of the oven. The Disneyland chocolate chip cookies come in a pack of six or a pack of 13. If you have more people in your party or you want to take some home, get the 13-pack because the cookies are small anyway.
As a lot of baked goods are not all, these are best when fresh. When you get them, they have a slightly crisp exterior that is buttery and rich, while the interior remains soft and doughy. They have a good amount of chocolate chips, which I consider a good thing.
If you’ve ever had a cookie that has gaps without the chocolate chips, then you don’t have to worry when eating these. You got a chocolate nibble with each bite. The pack of six is perfect to share with two people, so you get three each, but you can share with more if you’d like.

Where to Find the Disneyland Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are located at Harbour Galley near the Pirates of the Caribbean area in New Orleans Square.
How to Order the Harbour Galley Cookies
I recommend ordering from the Disneyland app because the line can get pretty long, even in the middle of the day on a Wednesday. When you order on the app, you can select an arrival time, so this can eliminate a lot of standing in line.
Disneyland Chocolate Chip Cookie Prices
Fresh-baked Chocolate Chip Cookies are available in a 6-pack for $6.79 or a 13-pack for $12.79, while supplies last.

There is a Reddit thread about the Harbour Galley Disneyland cookies and how they didn't live up to the hype, and I can understand that sentiment. I don't usually think things live up to the hype either, so I try to go into things with a fresh mindset. Again, don't sit around and waste your day at Disneyland waiting in line. Put in an order and pick it up instead.
It's just a cookie; it's not revolutionary. Disneyland didn't use any special, magical ingredients. So, if you go into it thinking it's something magnificent, you will be disappointed. It's a good cookie, not the world's best cookie.
But that all said, I think it's worth trying if you have a sweet tooth while you're at the park.
