Disneyland Halloween Time 2026 Food and Drink Guide: What to Get at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure

Disneyland and Disney California Adventure may be known for Mickey Mouse, rides, and crowds, but you might have missed out on some of their scrumptious fall Halloween Time food offerings. When I used to go to Disneyland as a kid, we might have gotten the occasional candy or ice cream. I'm sure we ate at some point, but I can't recall anything.

Disneyland DCA Halloween Time 2026

Now that I'm an adult, the Disney food is a huge selling point for me when I visit. And Disneyland and Disney California Adventure have all kinds of fall foods to enjoy. I'm a long-term food writer, and here are some top 2026 food and drink items that you should try. I got my Magic Key pass in 2025, and it has allowed me to visit the park more frequently to try things out. This is convenient since I have two small children, and it's fun to get out of the house in a place that brings such childlike wonder.

Food, however, is enticing and magical for people of all ages, so it doesn't matter whether you're visiting the park for your special family holiday, a work trip, or just a solo night out; there are so many options to pick from. I will highlight some of the best food and drink options I tried at Halloween Time at Disneyland and DCA in fall 2026. Here's a foodie guide based on items I tried.

Churro Hand Tart Pastry Market House on Main Street USA Disneyland

Market House Churro Hand Tart Pastry

Where to buy it: Market House on Main Street, U.S.A.

Available: August 18 through Jan. 6, 2027

The Churro Hand Tart Pastry is basically like a fancy Pop-Tart filled with spiced cake. It reminds me of coffee cake but with a unique exterior. I absolutely loved this treat. It's extremely crumbly, so make sure to have some extra napkins on hand. This was one of my favorite items; its familiar flavors make it so tasty. If you like cinnamon, this might be the best thing to get at Disney's 2026 Halloween Time. This is at Disneyland Resort. This is available at Market House until January 6, 2027, so you have a few months to try it.

Pym Test Kitchen at Avengers Campus BBQ Pork Muenster Grill Cheese Disneyland Halloween Time 2026

BBQ Pork Muenster Grill Cheese

Where to buy it: Pym Test Kitchen at Avengers Campus

Available: August 18 through November 12, 2026

Price: $16.79, not including taxes

First of all, how cute is this BBQ Pork Muenster Grill Cheese? It has BBQ pork belly and Muenster cheese to start. The sourdough adds a mildly tangy touch, and it also has crispy onion bits on the side of the sandwich. The jalapeƱo slaw has a creamy, tangy, spicy touch that offers an uplifting note. The potato bites (Experiment No. 1966), aka tater tots, are wonderfully crisp. Don't worry, it tastes good too. This is at Disney California Adventure and has a great sit-down area.

Harbour Galley Brown Butter Maple Cold Brew

Where to buy it: Harbour Galley in New Orleans Square

Available:

Price: $7.99

Located at Harbour Galley in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park, the Brown Butter Maple Cold Brew is a true delight. I wasn't sure how it would taste, but it was scrumptious. It's nothing too out of the box, but that's why it works so well. Here we see Joffrey's Beignet-flavored cold brew with a maple and brown butter syrup. It's topped with brown butter cold foam. I thought it'd be super sweet, but it was balanced with the coffee flavor. Try the cold brew, then the topper, then swirl it together. This is the perfect fall drink for Disneyland, since it's typically pretty hot during the early season.

Ube Cheesecake Churro Terran Treats on Avengers Campus Disneyland DCA Halloween Time 2026

Terran Treats Ube Cheesecake Churro

Where to buy it: Terran Treats on Avengers Campus

Available: August 18 through October 31, 2026

Price: $8

Celebrate Halloween Time at Disney California Adventure with the Ube Cheesecake Churro. The black and purple churro is an ultra-festive fall food. The new churro is rolled in chocolate cookie sugar and has ube cheesecake whipped topping and chocolate cookie crumble. The cookies impart a distinct Oreo-like chocolate flavor while the ube cheesecake topping has the faint sweet potato nuttiness of ube. It works well with the chocolate and richness of the whipped topping.

Smokejumpers Grill Villainous Wings Disneyland Halloween Time 2026 Food

Smokejumpers Grill Villainous Wings

Where to buy it: Smokejumpers Grill at Grizzly Peak

Available: August 18 through November 12, 2026

Price: $8.29

If you're in the mood for something spicy, trek over to Smokejumpers Grill for the Villainous Wings. This new menu item is drenched in sauce and tastes spicy. It's delicious and wonderfully complex thanks to the sweet and tangy gochujang sauce topped with a creamy ghost pepper ranch and a sprinkle of chives. This is one of the best Disney Halloween Time foods for spicy lovers!

Schmoozies! Matcha Mickey-Shaped Waffles DCA

Schmoozies! Matcha Mickey-Shaped Waffles

Where to buy them: Schmoozies! at Hollywood Land

Available: August 18 through November 12

Price: $10.99, not including taxes

These adorable Mickey-shaped waffles are filled with banana custard. The waffle itself is matcha-flavored, and I can taste the distinct earthiness of matcha. The banana custard is quite runny, so expect it to burst out as you eat.

I saw a TikTok where someone said the waffles were too earthy and grassy, but I loved that aspect. It tones down the sweetness and lets the matcha shine. I want a smidge more banana custard filling, but it's a tasty option in DCA. If you don't want something extremely sweet, this might be one of the best foods to get at DCA's Halloween Time 2026.

Cozy Cone Motel 5 Fantasma Agua Fresca Cocktail DCA 2026 Halloween Time

Cozy Cone Motel 5 Fantasma Agua Fresca Cocktail

Where to buy it: Cozy Cone Motel 5 – Popcone in Cars Land

Available: August 18 through November 12, 2026

Price: $20

This new drink is incredibly refreshing, despite the tequila. The Fantasma Agua Fresca Cocktail from Cozy Cone Motel 5 Popcone has tequila and the pineapple-cucumber agua fresca. It has diced cucumber and pineapple placed over time, which is basically a salad ... Right?! It gets a chamoy and chile-lime seasoning drizzle, but the chamoy kind of sinks to the bottom, so stir it up to get the spicy burst throughout your drink. Honestly, this tasted mostly like juice, so it's great if you aren't a fan of strong drinks.

Award Wieners Oktoberfest Dog from DCA Halloween Time with fries

Award Wieners Oktoberfest Dog

Where to buy it: Award Wieners in Hollywood Land

Available: August 18 through November 12, 2026

Price: $11.99

When you want a somewhat elevated version of a hot dog, walk to Hollywood Land to get the Oktoberfest Dog from Award Wieners. It's a pork cheddar sausage topped with sauerkraut and some caraway seeds. It has a cheesy beer mustard sauce for added moisture, and it's served on a soft pretzel bun. You get a choice of fries or Cuties Mandarin Oranges. I went with the fries. It's pricy for a hot dog, but still a great price for DCA. This is hearty and feels like comfort food.

Other interesting options:

The Grand Californian Great Hall Cart has a bunch of Halloween goodies, including new 2026 options like The Mayor Chocolate Cake Pop, Sally Pumpkin Spiced Cupcake, Scary Wreath Macaron, Oogie Boogie Crisped Rice Treat.

Returning Favorites Include

Just as a note, I tried these when I went to Disneyland and DCA for Halloweentime fun in 2025, but they are all returning for 2026. So, I still have relevant insights on their overall flavor and presentation.

Bowl of Aunt Cass CafƩ's Chicken Pot Pie Soup Best food Halloween Time 2026 at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Carmen Varner

Aunt Cass CafƩ Chicken Pot Pie Soup

Where to buy it: Aunt Cass CafƩ Chicken Pot Pie Soup at San Fransokyo Square

Available: August 18, 2026 through January 6, 2027

Price: $13.99, not including taxes

Aunt Cass CafĆ© always has something tasty, and I always look forward to the seasonal items. This time around, it is Chicken Pot Pie Soup. It's making a comeback from last year. Despite being a bread bowl of soup, the little guy is actually quite filling. There's a lot of bread, which is to be expected from a bread bowl. If you can snag some butter, you can polish off the whole thing, or share it between a couple of people. Obviously it helps perfect food to get on a chilly, rainy day at the parks because it's so comforting. But it's good on a hot day, too. It's chunky, savory, and thoroughly delicious. I'm not sure if it'll get chilly enough where you would specifically need it to warm up, but it's a good option no matter what.

Cappuccino Cart Peanut Butter Mocha Cold Brew from Halloween Time 2026 at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure

Cappuccino Cart Peanut Butter Mocha Cold Brew

Where to buy it: Cappuccino Cart at San Fransokyo Square

Available: August 18 through November 12, 2026

Price: $9.25

This popular caffeine beverage is back at Disney California Adventure. It comes with a chocolatey mocha cold brew, peanut butter whip, peanut butter drizzle, and some M&M'S Peanut Butter Chocolate Candies to top it all off. You can find it at the cappuccino cart in  San Fransokyo Square, right smack dab in the middle of everything, which makes it a convenient option for a morning or afternoon pick-me-up. You can find many TikToks and videos discussing the cold brew creation.

If you like a thick peanut butter latte-like drink, then this is the way to go. It's smooth, though; almost like you're sipping on thinned-out milky peanut butter. I'd say this is better for those fond of PB, as that is the strongest element. The coffee isn't too strong thanks to the mocha and peanut butter notes. It's non-alcoholic. But there's an alcoholic one with whiskey: the Peanut Butter Whiskey Cold Brew Cocktail.

Harbor Galley Pumpkin Cookies Halloween Time 2026 at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure

Harbor Galley Pumpkin Cookies

Where to buy them: Harbor Galley at New Orleans Square

Available: August 18 through November 12

Price: $8.49

The pumpkin cookies are back, and it's obvious why: people love these cookies! I wrote about them last year if you want to check that out here. They are richly spiced and considerably less sweet than the classic chocolate chip cookies - I also wrote about those tasty morsels, which you can read here. They are available in packs of six or 13 while supplies last. They travel well if you want to take them home with you on a drive or store them for the next day. Just make sure to store them in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Galactic Grill Darth by Chocolate Halloween Time 2026 Food and Drinks: What to Get at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure

Galactic Grill Darth by Chocolate

Where to buy it: Galactic Grill in Tomorrowland

Available: August 18 through November 12

Price: $7.79

Darth by Chocolate is ideal for chocolate lovers. It has layers of rich chocolate pudding, a bit of red velvet sponge, decadent chocolate mousse, and then it is topped with crushed chocolate crĆØme-filled cookies. I recommend ordering ahead of time on the Disneyland app; this took quite a while to receive.

Refreshment Corner Birria Potato

Where to buy it: Refreshment Corner on Main Street, U.S.A.

Available: August 18 through November 12

If you're sick and tired of sweets, this baked spud is surprisingly filling. It has beef birria and pepper jack, salsa verde, and then you also get a side of consommƩ. Mobile ordering is available, allowing you to plan ahead. It's perfectly salty, and the meat is juicy, particularly when you add on the consommƩ. Find it at Refreshment Corner on Main Street, U.S.A. when you enter Disneyland.

Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante Pozole

Where to buy it: Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland

Available: August 18, 2026 through January 6, 2027

This hearty pork pozole from Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland feels like comfort in a bowl. There are a few onions, cabbage, and sliced radishes served with corn tortilla chips and a lime wedge. This is ideal for a rainy day!

Hopefully this Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Halloween Time food and drink guide for 2026 helps you decide what to get.

Disney Disney California Adventure Disneyland Food and Beverage

Ube Latte with Matcha Foam at Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival 2026

If you want a beautiful beverage during your spring visit to Disney California Adventure, there’s a limited-time drink I really enjoyed: the Ube Latte with Matcha Foam. It’s colorful, a little unexpected, and only around for a short window of time, so it’s worth knowing what you’re getting before you order.

What is the Ube Latte with Matcha Cold Foam?

The Ube Latte with Matcha Foam is a non-alcoholic, iced specialty drink made with sweet ube milk and topped with matcha cold foam.

Ube is a purple yam commonly used in Filipino desserts, such as ube halaya. It has a naturally vibrant purple color and a mild, slightly nutty flavor that’s often compared to vanilla, but it also has a subtle earthy sweetness. In this drink, the ube is blended into a creamy milk base. I can't confirm whether it's natural or merely ube flavoring, but it still provides that memorable purple hue.

On top, you’ll get a layer of matcha cold foam. Matcha is a finely ground green tea powder known for its earthy, slightly bitter flavor. When turned into cold foam, it becomes smooth and lightly creamy, adding contrast to the sweeter ube layer underneath.

There’s no coffee in this drink, so it’s closer to a dessert-style milk beverage than a traditional coffee latte.

Ube Latte with Matcha Foam at Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival 2026 Carmen Varner food writer

Where to Find the Ube Latte at DCA?

You can find the Ube Latte with Matcha Foam at the Cappuccino Cart in San Fransokyo Square inside Disney California Adventure Park.

San Fransokyo Square is the Big Hero 6-themed land in the park, and the Cappuccino Cart is one of the main spots for specialty drinks and seasonal offerings. It often has a line, so you could place a phone order in the Disneyland app if you don't want to wait around.

Drink Details at a Glance

  • Location: Cappuccino Cart, San Fransokyo Square
  • Park: Disney California Adventure
  • Dates available: March 6 through April 27, 2026
  • Mobile order: Available through the Disneyland app

If you’re visiting during a busy time, mobile ordering is the easiest way to skip the line and secure one before they sell out.

Ube Latte with Matcha Foam at Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival 2026 Carmen Varner food writer

How Much Does the Ube Latte Cost?

While exact pricing can vary slightly, this drink is $7.75 in 2026.

That’s in line with most specialty beverages at Disney, especially ones with layered ingredients like cold foam.

What It Tastes Like

This drink is smooth, creamy, and slightly sweet, with a balance between dessert-like and earthy flavors.

The ube milk is the dominant flavor. It’s mildly sweet with soft vanilla-like notes and a subtle nuttiness. It doesn’t taste overly artificial or overpowering, which makes it approachable even if you’ve never tried ube before.

The matcha foam adds contrast. It’s lightly bitter and earthy, which helps cut through the sweetness of the ube. When you drink it as-is, you’ll first taste the foam, followed by the ube milk. Once stirred together, the flavors blend into a more balanced, creamy drink.

Overall, it leans more toward a sweet treat than a refreshing or bold tea drink.

Who Will Like the Ube Latte from Cappucino Cart

This drink is a good fit if you:

  • Enjoy sweet, creamy drinks
  • Like ube or want to try it for the first time
  • Are a fan of matcha (even casually)
  • Prefer non-coffee options

It may not be the best choice if you’re looking for something less sweet or expecting a traditional coffee-based latte.

Tips Before You Order

  • If you're interested, just get it. You never know if limited-release items will return
  • Use mobile order to avoid long lines
  • Stir the drink before drinking for a more balanced flavor
  • Treat it like a dessert drink rather than a standard latte

Cars Land at Disney California Adventure

"Cars" fans rejoice! Disney California Adventure has a whole Cars Land for you to enjoy. It looks like it jumped straight out of the movie, with everything from Flo's V8 Cafe to the Cozy Cone Motel. It really creates an immersive experience. I hadn't been to Disneyland or California Adventure in over a decade, so when I saw it for the first time, I was impressed. If your toddler or kids (or yourself) like the Cars movies, then you will get a kick out of Cars Land.

Entrance sign to Radiator Springs Cars Land at Disney California Adventure Radiator Springs Disneyland Carmen Varner

Okay, so where is this place? Well, here's the technical address:

Cars Land Disney Address: 20 Rte 66, Anaheim, CA 92802

But it's not like you can input the address and drive there. Cars Land is at Disney California Adventure, not Disneyland. So, you must have a ticket and reservation. If you're purchasing a ticket via the website, then that is technically your ticket and reservation. If you have a Magic Key Pass, then you need to book a reservation. If you have a park hopper ticket, you can easily visit both parks.

Cars Land Rides include:

  •  Radiator Springs Racers
  •  Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters
  •  Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree

Radiator Springs Racers

The height requirement for this ride is 40 inches (102 cm) or taller. Kids, tweens, teens, and adults can ride it as long as they meet the height requirement. Radiator Springs Racers has some small drops. Some parts are dark. It's a really cool, fun ride, and there are two routes you can go into toward the end. The ride takes you through Luigi's Casa Della Tires or Ramone’s House of Body Art. I really liked Luigi because there's also a fun movement element as he fills your tires. This ride has Loud Lightning Lane and Single Pass (also known as Single Rider).

You get to drive through Ornament Valley as you arrive in Radiator Springs.  You'll see Lightning McQueen, Mater, Mack, Doc Hudson, Sally, Luigi, Guido, and Ramone. You'll even drive past the little tractor cows and go tractor-tipping -- just make sure to get away from Frank! This ride tends to have the longest wait out of all the Cars Land attractions.

Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters

Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters is fun for all ages but especially for younger kids. The height requirement is 32 inches (81 cm) or taller. It has some spinning and can be a little loud because of the music. My 1.5-year-old toddler loved this ride. You get to spin around in Frizzante roadsters, dancing all the way. The line moves pretty quick. Stop by during Halloween to see it decorated for Luigi's Honkin' Haul-O-Ween, but there's also Luigi’s Joy to the Whirl during winter and Christmastime.

Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree

I still have the songs from Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree stuck in my head. You have to be 32 inches (81 cm) or taller to ride this attraction. It basically moves and thrashes you around in figure eight type of moves. Even with the seatbelt, you'll be sliding around, particularly the little ones. It's also decorated for Christmas as Mater's Jingle Jamboree or Mater's Graveyard JamBOOree for Halloween (aka Haul-O-Ween).

Grab a bite to eat at Cars Land:

  •  Flo's V8 Cafe
  •  Cozy Cone Motel
  •  Fillmore’s Taste-In
Flo's V8 Cafe sign in the daylight Cars Land at Disney California Adventure Radiator Springs Disneyland Carmen Varner

Flo's V8 Cafe

This restaurant has a really cool design, much like all of Radiator Springs. The exterior has large neon signs and the inside looks like an old diner. Disney did an amazing job making you feel like you're part of the movie. Flo's V8 Cafe is inspired by Route 66. It has comfort food for those who want something that feels familiar.

Flo's also sells alcoholic beverages, and of course, you have to be 21 or over to get a cocktail. There's a limit of two drinks per person per transaction. Alcoholic beverages throughout the Disney California Adventure tend to rotate. So, you may find a drink you like and it might not be there the next time you visit. Just something to keep in mind.

Popular entrees include  Flo's Famous Fried Chicken ($19.99) with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, a bit of gravy, and some seasonal vegetables.  There's a plant-based Impossible Burger ($13.99) as well as kids' meal offerings, like Chicken Fenders (aka chicken tenders for $8.99) and Mack's Mac and Cheese ($8.49). Make sure to check the hours but generally Flo's is open 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

Cozy Cone Motel

The Cars Land's Cozy Cone Motel is shaped like (you guessed it) giant orange traffic cones. They are certainly unique. This option allows for walk-up ordering if you want to pick up a quick bite to eat. Check the hours but generally, it's open 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Each cone offers its own specialty food.
  • Cone 1 - classic churros, Ramone’s “Pear of Dice” Soda, and a selection of coffee and other drinks.
  • Cone 2 - cool down with soft-serve ice cream in chocolate, vanilla, or a twist of both.
  • Cone 3 - savory eats like Chili “Cone” Queso and Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese Cones.
  • Cone 4 - grab a chimichanga and sip on frozen goodies like lemonade or limeade. If you're 21 and over, then you can get a boozy version.
  • Cone 5 - fun takes on popcorn, with rotating flavored options served by the scoop.

Fillmore's Taste-In

Head over to Fillmore's Taste-In when you want some fresh fruit or veggie snacks. You can also find bottled beverages like tea as well as chips. Grab refreshing pineapple topped with chamoy and chile-lime seasoning for $3.99, which is a pretty good deal for Disneyland and Disney California Adventure prices. You can also opt for assorted whole fruits if you're craving something simple or nourishing. There's not a lot on the menu but it does offer some fresh items that are worth taking a look at.

Shop for souvenirs at:

  •  Sarge’s Surplus Hut
  •  Ramone’s House of Body Art
  •  Radiator Springs Curios
You can also meet characters! I saw Mater and Lightning McQueen. My toddler was able to go up close to meet Lightning McQueen. It's really cool for kids and adults alike. They characters talk and move; sometimes you can see them driving around to their next destination.

New Holiday-Season Churros for Late 2025

Starting November 14, 2025 and running through January 7, 2026, Disneyland is offering a fresh lineup of seasonal churros you’ll want to know about: an apple-pie version on Main Street, the strawberry “Straw-batty” churro in Frontierland, a gingerbread-sugar version in Fantasyland, a bacon-maple “Breakfast Churro” in Tomorrowland, plus special versions in Disney California Adventure (Carrot-Cake Churro and Apple-Pie Churro).

These additions are in limited time windows, so if you’re visiting during the holidays and want the latest flavors, plan accordingly.

Also, as these are seasonal, they may not be available outside this holiday window — always double-check when you arrive.

What's your favorite Disneyland churro flavor? If you're wondering how much are churros at Disneyland, hopefully this helps! The churros are definitely on the the most classic items to get while you're there. It helps that you can find them all throughout the park, so you don't have to go to one place to pick one up.
