Guadalupe Brewery Tap House
Although the beer itself is born & brewed in Carlsbad, the tasting room lives in Vista. Hecho en Carlsbad, tomado en Vista. (Made in Carlsbad, Tasted in Vista.) It all started when the owner started brewing beers in Valle de Guadalupe, known as Mexico's wine country. I actually visited El Cielo Winery Resort on Ruta del Vino Valle de Guadalupe & it's a beautiful place. They ended up brewing again in North County & Guadalupe Brewery was born.
